I switched to Walsworth from Josten’s, not only for the upgraded graphics capabilities, but most importantly for the customer service. Walsworth is represented in the factory and on the sales side, by ethical, creative, helpful people who will bend over backwards to support their customers. There is always a small town friendliness about the people you deal with, when you call into the company. I believe that loyalty to customers is very important, and Walsworth delivers that loyalty and quality, every year.
