I am writing this to let you know how happy I am with Walsworth as our schools yearbook company. This is my second year with them and I couldn’t be happier. In the past I was with Lifetouch for 9 years. While there is really nothing wrong with their yearbook program, I must admit that I like many of the features that Walsworth program offers better. They have tools on their website that Lifetouch didn’t offer when I used them. Another thing that is much better about Walsworth is the customer service. I see my rep every 4-6 weeks and she answers questions that come up in-between our appointments either by phone or emails in a very timely manner. The training videos and the live chat feature on the website are extremely helpful as well. I would not consider changing yearbooks with a great program, excellent customer service and a yearbook rep that is always there to help and encourage there is no other yearbook company for me.
